ThetaVPN Terms of Use
By accessing or using the content or services offered by ThetaVPN, the user agrees to be legally bound by these terms (“TOS”) in their entirety. The TOS constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the user and ThetaVPN software. If you don’t agree to any part of the TOS, then you may not use our services.
The Agreement binds till the user chooses to terminate the services. The User of ThetaVPN services is responsible for having a stable internet connection to utilize the services. In absence of a working network, we shall not be held legally responsible for non-working services.
By using ThetaVPN services, the users confirm he/she is of valid legal entity and at least 18 years of age. By agreeing to the TOS of ThetaVPN, the user is also agreeing to ThetaVPN privacy policy.
Services
ThetaVPN adds security and privacy when using private and public networks, like Wi-Fi hotspots and unsecured networks. It allows the user to browse anonymously without revealing the real IP address.ThetaVPN is ultra-fast. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. By using ThetaVPN, the user is entirely responsible for any activities of their account.
License to Use
This license granted to you by ThetaVPN is limited to a personal, non-exclusive license to access ThetaVPN services. The user acknowledges that he/she is bound to the agreement and does not in any way become the owner of the software. The user agrees that the services are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable if shared with another person or firm. Modifying, leasing, distributing to other personnel and reverse engineering of this software or using the software in any way not expressed by ThetaVPN is strictly prohibited.ThetaVPN incorporates/utilizes cryptographic algorithms which may be regulated or termed illegal in some countries. If the user downloads and installs the application, the user agrees to be legally responsible to verify if the use of the software or services in the country of use is legally accepted. The user is bound by this TOS to defend and hold ThetaVPN harmless in case of damage, loss, claims that may arise from the use of the product.
The user consent to use the software services for online privacy. The user agrees to use all applications to the maximum extent permitted law. User consents that all activities of the software together with other software must not be illegal, must not infringe the service use, must not be libelous or serve a malicious purpose. If the user suspects any activity that does not comply with our TOS, the user is obligated to notify an attorney.
To protect the services from being misused by the user, ThetaVPN reserves the right to take the appropriate measures if they fear the services are being used centrally to the TOS and the applicable law. The user consent that ThetaVPN may terminate the license if any illegal or fraudulent activities are noted. The user consent that the developers, owners should not be held responsible for any claims or acquisition that arise from the misuse of the services by the user. The user consent not to hold the owner liable for any loss or damage or expenses caused by misuse of the service.
Subscription
ThetaVPN offers various plans to its customers upon subscription. The user bears the responsibility of managing the subscription setting of the account. ThetaVPN offers a free trial period of 3 days. Any unused free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. Account subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of transcription. The user account is auto-renewed once a week after which the payment will be charged to the iTunes account. The end user can manage his/her subscription by accessing the account settings after purchase.Cookies
A cookie is a small text document, served by the website and stored by your browser. ThetaVPN uses cookies. By using the service or agreeing to the TOS, the user consent to the use of cookies in accordance with ThetaVPN’s privacy terms. The cookies are used to track users’ activities, pixels, and other related technologies.Acceptable Use
The user agrees not:to transmit viruses, worms, trojan, rootkit, keystroke ligger, spyware using our services.
to share copyright files
to use our services to conduct unlawful or illegal, fraudulent activities using our service
to use our services for unlawful fishing activities
to make payments using some else credit card
to invade other people privacy through hacking
to send DDoS attacks on other people computers or websites using our services
to blackmail or threaten other users
to send any unsolicited data like email spams mass marketing mail, unsolicited SMS etc
to attack our service and servers.
to downlad/upload or distribute child pornography
to hack or run scanners on other people computers
Cancellation or Termination of The Service
ThetaVPN may suspend, edit or terminate our account if the user:
violates the Terms of Use
uses the services in a manner that does not correspond with the law
uses the services in a way it damages our services or any of our associate
In such cases, legal action will be taken on the offender and no refund will be issued.
Disclaimer and Warranties
ThetaVPN provides the services on an “as is” basis. ThetaVPN does not warrant that the services will be interrupted, be error free or defects will be corrected. The user of ThetaVPN agrees to use our services at his/her own risk. ThetaVPN does not guarantee any express warranties. All the implied warranties including but not limited to, noninfringement, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, custom and trade.ThetaVPN service coverage, speeds, server locations, and quality may vary. ThetaVPN will always attempt to provide their services at all times. Services may be temporarily unavailable in case there is an emergency or during maintenance and repairs. However, services may be unavailable due to a factor beyond ThetaVPN control. These factors include third-party-service failures, transmission failure, equipment and network problems, signal strength. ThetaVPN is not liable for data, message delays or not delivered or misdirection caused during these interruptions of the performance of the service. ThetaVPN may decide to block some usage, suspend various services or impose limits in the sole discretion to protect our subscribers. The accuracy and timeliness of the data are not guaranteed; errors, delays, and omission may occur.
